Our founder’s journey didn’t begin in a boardroom, but on the streets of London as a Prince’s Trust Youth Ambassador. Having spearheaded the award-winning ‘Shoot a Ball Not a Gun’ initiative, he spent years working alongside King Charles III (then the Prince of Wales) to combat youth violence and gang culture. This experience revealed a fundamental truth, that without a stable postcode and a secure front door, community progress is impossible.
